Kimberly Joyce


Kimberly Joyce is Chief Financial Officer at R.L. Hudson & Company, a global middle-market, privately held and family owned, rubber, plastic and polyurethane parts manufacturer headquartered in Broken Arrow, OK.  In her role, Kimberly has responsibility for Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Administration.

Previously, Kimberly was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for The Bama Companies, a privately held and family owned food manufacturer headquartered in Tulsa, OK with locations worldwide.  In this role, Kimberly was a member of the company’s Leadership Team and was responsible for Reporting & Analysis, Budgeting, Pricing, and Risk Management.

Kimberly is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager, and Chartered Global Management Accountant.  She has a Master of Science, Finance and Accounting from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from Oklahoma State University.   

Kimberly has a passion for the community and has served on the Board of Directors of several agencies including Family & Children's Services of Tulsa; Resonance Center for Women; President, YWCA Tulsa; Technology Chair, Parent Child Center of Tulsa; President, Institute of Management Accountants; Treasurer, Ronald McDonald House; and State Director at Large, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Shelly is currently the Chief Operating Officer for NPI – Nameplates, Inc.  NPI is a leading provider of nameplates, industrial product identification, and a wide variety of visual communication printing solutions.  With over 27 years in the manufacturing industry, Shelly’s domestic and international experience and leadership spans many disciplines including strategic planning, six sigma process design and improvement, human resources, project management, business development, customer relationship management, operations leadership, and logistics.  Shelly is also an ontological coach specializing in individual and team performance improvement.  As an engaged member of her community, Shelly currently serves as a member of the CASA-Tulsa Board of Directors and previously served on the YWCA-Tulsa Board of Directors for 7 years and as past-president.
