Graves Consulting was founded by Laurie Graves. Laurie holds professional designations from the Society for Human Resources Management (SPHR), the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (CEBS), and the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research (CRM). Laurie has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources leadership and was the head of HR for The Bama Companies, a food manufacturer that employs 2000+ team members globally, for over 15 years.
