Laurie has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources leadership and a proven track record of success in building high functioning teams, people focused strategies and processes that deliver effective, engaged team members and measurable financial results.
Laurie was the head of People Systems (Human Resources) for The Bama Companies for over 15 years. Bama is a global manufacturer of bakery products serving the quick service, fast casual, casual dining restaurant industry as well as broad-line channels of the foodservice industry. The company has three facilities in the US, three facilities in China and one in Poland and employs 2000+ team members globally.
